As Senior M&A Manager (m/w/d), you play a key role in shaping the energy transition. With your know-how, you drive the acquisition and development of large-capacity storage systems and actively shape the future of energy supply: Responsible management of transaction projects – from preparation to conclusion of the contract Building and maintenance of strategic development partnerships in Germany and abroad Proactive Dealflow Generation by Network Building and Care Presentation and convincing representation of M&A initiatives towards Management and Investment Committee (IC) Regular review and further development of the M&A strategy

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the acquisition and/or development of energy infrastructure projects in an investment company, a project developer, an energy company, an investment bank or a consultancy company Excellent academic qualification in business, finance or engineering Embossed project management skills, including the ability to control multiple projects simultaneously and to comply with deadlines Self-employed, structured and targeted Communication, strong negotiating strength and persuasiveness Deep market understanding in the field of energy or project development and ideally already existing network German and English skills
