What you do with us

Ensuring financial governance within the Group's finance community and across all finance IT systems based on regulatory requirements and group specifications Tracing and ensuring the timely closure of internal and external audit findings Monitoring of existing financial processes and guidelines incl. Implementation, documentation and formal approval of defined controls Technical support of companies in the application of standardized accounting processes and policies Development and maintenance of the process framework for monthly accounts and technical coordination Planning and implementation of onsite and offsite reviews on data quality and governance requirements Active process optimization through documentation of workflows and the use of digitalization and automation solutions Close cooperation with central group functions in London

Graduate in Accounting, Finance or Comparative Qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or reporting, preferably in the insurance environment Very good understanding of financial processes and internal governance structures Experience with several Europeanlocal accounting standards and IFRS consolidationis beneficial Self-employed, careful working and resilience in the event of tight deadlines Excellent English and fluent German are a must Embossed process understanding as well as interest in standardization, digitization and continuous improvement(caces)
