Specialist*in Organisational Management in Internal Labour Market The team of the Internal Labour Market has not only 21 team members, but also very different tasks concerning staff. As an interface in the four-headed “Team in the Team” personnel cost management, organization management and job plan – you are confident of a reliable data base, the best decision bases and quality in, including digital, further development. You implement personal economic measures in organization management (OM) on the system side and ensure that You are imaged transparently and comprehensible for all further process steps. This provides a reliable basis for personnel cost calculations, job planning and organisational control processes. You are working reliably on the implementation of organisational decisions: Careful and responsible material processing and quality assurance in organization management (OM) – with a high degree of accuracy, structure and sense of responsibility. You develop standards: collaboration with concepts, work aids and controlling instruments that make organization management even more sustainable. You are a central contact for the OM: You are able to answer questions and ask for a safe handling of the OM processes.

You have one of the following qualifications: completed training as an administrative specialist a completed comparable administrative training or an employee examination I completed training as a tax specialist or a lawyer's specialist; or a completed commercial training
