Rental of residential properties in the own and external stock as well as holistic control of the rental process – from the inventory creation to visits and credit assessment to the conclusion of the contract and for the transfer Development and implementation of object-specific rental strategies for the sustainable utilization of our housing resources and for the reduction of empty spaces Own control of marketing measures, including online marketing via real estate sites, on-site advertising and the creation of high-quality Exposés Placement and sale of residential properties – from condominiums to single- and double-family houses to multi-family houses – in third-party order as well as in own resources Accompanying the entire sales process: market price estimation, preparation of object documents, visits, purchase price negotiations and accompaniment to the notary date lease and lease management including monitoring of transit times, lease adjustments and extensions Development and implementation of measures for the retention of tenants and long-term protection of existing leases In addition: Rental and maintenance of the trade units in stock, including negotiation of contractual adjustments and supplements Central interface to our property managers as well as their professional training and further development in all matters of rental Active care and care of relevant contacts to rent and purchase interests, owners, brokers and other market partners
