In cooperation with the contract institutions, we take responsibility for a consistently good quality of rehabilitation and its further development. The support area for this area includes a region in East Westphalia.

Conducting life-situ, individual and professional advice on all issues of rehabilitation Determining, performing and taxing services of the management plan within the meaning of § 19 SGB IX Decisions on benefits for participation in working life Documenting the work results and their processing in our management processes Construction and maintenance of regional public and network work with cooperation partners such as educational institutions, rehabilitation institutions, legal rehabilitation bodies, companies and institutions as well as other institutions involved in the rehabilitation process Participation in the introduction and introduction of new rehabilitation advisers Preparing and holding specialist lectures You will also participate in the training as a case manager*in (DGCC) or have already successfully completed it. You have a completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom-FH) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. a specialist) or a completed vocational training in the field of social security, as a social workerin, social pedagoguein, rehabilitation pedagoguein or comparable content with a multiannual current job-related professional experience You have up-to-date knowledge and professional experience in the field of individual and professional advice in the field of occupational rehabilitation You have successfully completed your training as a case managerin (DGCC) or you are willing to complete these in a reasonable period of time and regularly participate in necessary trainings. Ideally, you are familiar with different professional images with the related requirements, communicability in the labour market, taking into account health restrictions and performance requirements of other cost-benefits for participation in working life Their work is characterized by a high degree of communication, self-organization, self-initiative and customer orientation You have a class B licence and the willingness to carry out the private car for service purposes, in exceptional cases of a service car The office is Bielefeld. The residence is necessary for economic reasons in or near the place of residence or for the above mentioned area of care. You have the willingness to set up your workplace within the framework of our service agreement on flexible working forms and working time at home.
