Varied tasks in a team with flat hierarchies You are responsible for the independent planning and implementation of culinary concepts for our demanding conference and group events Through your structured work, you will ensure a consistently high level of quality in the kitchen and act as a model for culinary precision Creating attractive daily and weekly offers taking into account seasonal aspects You bring the necessary flexibility to ensure a smooth process in our early, day and late layers (05:00–13:15, 09:00–17:15 and 00:00) The conscientious compliance and monitoring of all hygiene regulations (HACCP) as well as the general cleanliness are in your experienced hand.

You bring a completed cooking training or practical experience in the hotel kitchen, gastronomy or in the breakfast service with A safe handling of the current hygiene and HACCP standards is of course for you You have good knowledge of German (at least B1) for smooth communication in the team The position fits you if you work professionally, resiliently and quality-oriented even with high work volume
