Responsibility for production-relevant systems: IT is the main partner for production-related IT systems (except SAP/ERP), such as MES, BDE messages, CAD programs, tool management, simulation programs, etc. You are responsible for the smooth operation and harmonisation of IT systems in the production environment. Technical support and further development: According to the requirements of production, you will ensure the technical development of IT production solutions. You are an important Sparring Partner of the Production Manager and are consulted. The support of existing systems, as well as the execution of fault analyses, is also within your area of responsibility. Implementation of new technologies and optimization of existing processes: Through close cooperation between production and IT, you will develop and develop IT-supported production processes. In doing so, you are driving forward the implementation of new technologies and interfaces between production systems and ERP in the production environment and thus shaping the future of production at PFISTERER at all locations. Creation and maintenance of system documentation and process descriptions: To ensure transparency and traceability in the system landscape, you are responsible for creating and maintaining system and administration documentation. Rollouts and training: You support various rollouts and are responsible for the training of users. Support and administration: You provide international technical support for production-specific IT problems.
