Responsibility for work preparation, billing and control of construction projects in civil and road construction in terms of time, economic and quality Coordination, correspondence, audit and technical monitoring and evaluation of the services of our construction partners Date, cost and budget control Staff deployment planning and management Monitoring occupational safety and environmental legislation Working in the office and construction teams to successfully implement our construction projects

Completed studies as a civil engineer (w/m/d), preferably in the field of civil engineering and road construction or further training as a construction engineer (w/m/d) First practical experience, for example through internships or student work User knowledge of construction-specific computer application, ideally in iTWO Basic knowledge of building and contract law Self-employed, result-oriented working methods as well as high level of learning and team skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing
