Senior Business Controller (Hospital Management) (m/f/d)

Consultation of clinic lines, medical and nursing managers and management in economic issues Analysis of performance, revenue, personnel, cost and earnings developments, identification of deviations and derivation of concrete measures Design of economic planning and forecast together with the operational areas and support of the implementation of economic measures Compilation of cost-effectiveness analyses, business cases, balance sheet and investment accounts and decision-making templates Participation in monthly and annual financial statements and in budget and fee negotiations Close cooperation with medical controlling, personal controlling, financial area and other interfaces as well as further development of key figures, processes and controlling instruments

Complete study of the direction of economics, health economics, hospital management or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional practice in controlling, ideally in hospital or healthcare Good knowledge of hospital financing and experience with cost and performance accounting, planning, forecast and earnings management Analytical competence with know-how in the development of feasible recommendations from complex data security in handling MS Excel; Experience with ERP systems, a hospital information system (ideally NEXUS) and with BI or Management information systems (ideally TIP HCe) Communication capacity, sovereign appearance and joy in cooperation with different professional groups
