In this exciting function, you take over the disciplinary and professional management of creditor accounting and develop the existing team professionally and structurally. They analyze existing processes, identify potentials and initiate sustainable optimization measures. They cooperate in day-to-day business and are responsible with your team for the entire document process (including expenses, expenses, rental contracts, payment transactions), the preparation of evaluations and statistics, as well as the communication with suppliers and internal colleagues. In addition, improve the internal control system (IKS), identify governance control points and actively participate in the introduction of further IT tools. In your role, you work closely with the CFO of our client and are in direct contact with the Group Accounting, Financial Accounting and Controlling.

In order to successfully complete this function, you have completed commercial training or an economic study with a focus on accounting or finance. They ideally bring several years of professional experience in the field of creditor accounting. First leadership experience would be optimal, but is not a must. They have a pronounced affinity for digital processes and enjoy analyzing and optimizing processes. They convince by team orientation, communication strength and the ability to take employees through change processes. They have well-founded knowledge in common accounting systems, such as DATEV.
