Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Date planning: You coordinate meetings, business trips and other dates of management or upper management, including pre- and post-processing. Communication: You act as a central contact person for internal and external contacts and ensure a rapid flow of information. Document creation: You write reports, presentations and protocols for stakeholders and shareholders – also in English. Administration: You take over the organization, placement and administration of important documents, contracts and business-relevant documents. Event planning: You organize corporate events, conferences or customer events and ensure a smooth process. Project support: You accompany and coordinate company-internal projects and contribute to the implementation of strategic goals. Search and analysis: You provide relevant information and make it understandable for the various stakeholders.

You have a successfully completed commercial training and ideally have a further education to the specialist or comparable. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position. You are characterized by very good office and IT knowledge, especially in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and teams. You work confidently, responsively and discreetly – trustworthy action is of course for you. You master the German and English language fluently in word and writing. You convince by a safe occurrence, are eloquent and can convey content clearly and professionally.
