They support the service management in the department's professional and disciplinary leadership and are responsible for the smooth running of the processes and the further development of the respective sub-area. They actively participate in the daily business, prepare internal key figures and create customer evaluations. You also take escalation cases. Together with your team, you will support the planning and coordination of action business and new customer setups. They optimise customer processes in close coordination with sales and service management and actively monitor production quality. They work on their own initiative on projects in cooperation with the forwarding departments.

They provide a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or have a completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in the forwarding and logistics industry. You have experience in the service as well as good knowledge in dealing with tools for complaint processing. They are safe in negotiations in English. You work independently, your way of thinking is solution-oriented and you always act completely across all areas of the company. Your team and our customers are thrilled by your communication strength and social competence. You have team capacity, enforcement capacity and resilience.
