Location: Munich You make sure that trains come in the right way – with exciting and sustainable projects in the railway infrastructure.

In our 18-month trainee program you will receive the necessary equipment for entering a promising project manager career. You will get comprehensive insights into the areas of sales, commercial, planning, construction, work preparation, purchasing and execution. During the program you build a strong network in the company and participate in internal and external training (e.g. VOB, contract law, negotiation management). After completion of the program, you take exciting tasks with responsibility. Your tasks are: technical and organizational management of the construction projects for the establishment of the head office Independent control and monitoring of civil engineering construction sites Ensuring the proper execution of all works, in particular for foundations and reinforcements Precise implementation of the building specifications by reading and understanding construction plans Organisation and implementation of formwork and concrete work Close cooperation with construction partners and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Your profile: Complete studies in construction or a comparable qualification (e.g. civil engineering, concrete construction) Knowledge of civil engineering and the handling of concrete, reinforcements and formwork Safe handling of construction plans and technical drawings Driving licence Class B, readiness for nationwide mounting inserts
