SpeakUp is our global reporting system and legal & compliance. A fair indicator system is an important tool for good management. It helps to quickly uncover legal and regulatory violations, investigate them without delay and end proven misconduct. Violations of laws and directives can cause serious damage to the company, its employees and business partners, but also to the general public. The fair and transparent process is designed to eliminate damage and protect the company, to protect clerks, affected persons and injured persons. This is particularly important. The task of SpeakUp is to assess in-depth evidence of misconduct at their risk for the company and its employees. In the case of issues that involve a risk relevant to the group, SpeakUp shall undertake a comprehensive legal assessment of the possible legal and regulatory violations. In the case of a corresponding initial plan, SpeakUp shall commission and coordinate an investigation and decide on the conclusion of the case. The different interests of the parties (protection of the clerk and the persons concerned by the accusation and the interests of the company) should be taken into account and the safeguarding of proportionality should be ensured. In addition to the case machining, various cross-sectional tasks also apply. These include, for example, IT and communication related topics as well as the provision of regular reporting (reporting) for relevant bodies and in the social intranet.
