Immission Control Expert (m/w/d) for DC Underground Cable Projects

For our DC earth cable projects, we are looking for you as Manager m/w/d Immission Protection for DC earth cable projects at the Würzburg site and at Stuttgart headquarters.

As a central contact person for immission protection, you play a responsible role in an important large-scale earth cable project: from planning to construction phase. Make sure that the immission protection requirements are implemented uniformly and consistently over all project phases. In close coordination with all parties to the process, you define the technical requirements for the planning and construction of the route – taking into account current legal requirements and regulations for the protection of the immission. When preparing the application documents for planning and other approval procedures, you control external specialist offices and keep in mind both the overview and the quality. The exchange with public authorities and other public interests is professional and at eye level. In addition, you coordinate the service providers, ensure a comprehensive reporting and advise department and subproject management on issues related to immission protection. Last but not least, you represent your area publicly: You give lectures, present project results and contribute to information events – for transparent project communication to the outside.

(Fach-)University degree in engineering, environmental sciences, surveying and geoinformatics, spatial and landscape planning, infrastructure management or project management or a comparable level of knowledge thanks to many years of professional experience in sound protection Multiannual work experience, project management practice and ideally knowledge in the handling of linear infrastructure projects, public regulatory approval procedures and environmental law with a focus on emission protection A communication-proof, active team player with a high solution orientation that works structured and organized German, a driving licence class B and a high readiness to travel
