You are the central point of contact for the team of turnkey construction and independently handle all administrative and organizational matters You independently support the costing, purchasing and construction management and represent the assistance of the area management You take over the accounting and registration of construction sites and provide an optimal information flow in purchasing by reviewing all processes You support the costing by supporting the award portals, manage their projects in iTWO and process subcontractor requests You contribute to the positive external representation of our company by maintaining the reference message and promoting quality management

Completed commercial training and professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in construction Embossed organizational talent, initiative and a structured, reliable way of working Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office and basic knowledge in iTWO desirable Communication strength, team spirit, a high level of sense of responsibility and independent, solution-oriented action Joy in actively shaping processes and going new ways together with the team
