The newly founded kbo-Donau-Altmühl-Kliniken non-profit GmbH under the support of the clinics of the Oberbayern district took over the psychiatric and psychosomatic care in the Ingolstadt region as of 01.01.2026. Our offer for adult patients includes a clinic with 305 beds at the Ingolstadt headquarters, day-clinical places at the Ingolstadt and Eichstätt sites, as well as a variety of outpatient services. Another expansion in northern Upper Bavaria is planned.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Date of entry: from now Working time: full-time (38,5 hours/W.) / part-time with less than 60 % Place of work: kbo-Donau-Altmühl-Kliniken | Ingolstadt | Krumenauerstraße 25

(m/w/d) and Supervision Technical support and training of employees of all professional groups with regard to documentation and coding and their further development Independent implementation of test methods including Case dialogues and discussion procedures, if appropriate in consultation with the employees of the therapeutic professional groups kbo-Donau-Altmühl-Kliniken Creation of reports, analyses and evaluations and statistics for internal and external recipients (e.g. § 21 data sets and PPP-RL evidence) Support in budget negotiations with cost-beneficiaries further development of controlling instruments and key-number systems especially for the psychiatry as well as the implementation of controlling talks with the hospital directorate Close cooperation with the clinic management, business management, patient administration and billing as well as other departments Participation in strategic projects and economic analysis

Complete studies in the field of business management, health economics or training in nursing, if necessary, with willingness to further training in the field of medical controlling or comparable qualification Professional experience as a medical controller (m/w/d) or codier professional (m/w/d), ideally in the hospital or in the field of psychiatry Good knowledge of the PEPP system, the PPR-RL and the right to hospital financing are desirable Safe handling of MS Excel and ideally experience with BI tools and hospital information systems Embossed Analytical Skills and Number Affinity Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, negotiation skills and the ability to understand complex issues
