• Implementation of price talks, acceptance of orders and support for existing and new customers
• Handling of orders and processing of complaints
• Creation of offers, written correspondence with customers and tracking
• Close exchange and support of the external service
• Processing of contracts and administrative tasks
• Participation in sales and projects
• Support in the disposition of bottle gas tours
• Implementation of the sales strategy in customer service

Take this with you:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for office management, industrial businessman in wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in customer service or sales service
• Knowledge of the industry and sales are required
• Organizational talent and familiar handling of popular MS Office applications
• Enthusiasm for telephone customer support as well as high service and customer orientation
• Strong communication skills and strong sales talent
• Loadability and flexibility
• Team skills and self-motivation
