Management of day-to-day business and responsibility for operating operations Total responsibility for demanding construction projects in road, underground and asphalt construction Responsibility for economic, terminological and technical objectives Leadership and motivation of the team to achieve common goals Acquisition of orders and support of customers and business partners Ensuring customer satisfaction through technical solutions and high quality Negotiations with contracting entities on construction and contract changes Close cooperation with management and other business sectors

Complete study in civil engineering or comparable qualification Funded knowledge in project management and acquisition of construction projects Found experience in the construction management, ideally in the area of road, underground or road construction leadership experience with the ability to inspire and tie employees Teamability and a pronounced communicative competence High readiness for use and independent, committed and result-oriented operation Embossed customer orientation and cost awareness Safe handling of billing and calculation programs (ideally RIB iTWO) and MS Office
