Expert Sales Processes (m/f/d)

Individually responsible implementation of projects for process optimization, including the inclusion, analysis and modelling of sales and cross-division processes according to BPMN 2.0 (Signavio) with end‐to-end perspective Identification and prioritization of optimization potentials based on throughput times, media breaks, error sources and redundancy Moderation of workshops on structured process collection, evaluation and redesign with departments and executives Technical control and coordination of process initiatives across interfaces (in particular sales, IT and other stakeholders) Takeover of the professional ownership of the sales process landscape, including further development of process map, documentation and quality standards Creation of management transparency by building and developing monitoring dashboards as well as regular outcome presentation in the Sales Lead Team

Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, Business Administration or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in process or business process management, project management or in comparable roles with clear process focus Very well-founded knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and practical experience with process modeling tools, ideally Signavio Experience in managing projects, controlling and implementing process optimizations with measurable business impact as well as in cooperation with technical and technical stakeholders Impressed analytical skills, high autonomy and very good communication and moderation strength
