Student Assistant for Science Communication and Science Management (m/f/d)

The Leibniz Institute for Virology (LIV) is an independent research institution for basic biomedical research and, as a foundation for civil law and a member of the Leibniz Association, takes a leading position nationally and internationally. We are now looking for a strong motivation, and team-oriented Student Assistant (m/d) with 8 to 9.5 hours per week (by appointment) to support our team in the fields of science communication and science management.

Maintenance and updating of posts on our website Creation of content for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky) Conception and implementation of Reels, short videos and other formats Support for organizational and communication tasks in knowledge management and presentation of content and results Layout of presentations

Students registered (primarily in communication sciences, media, natural sciences or a related subject) Experience in dealing with social media channels, especially Instagram knowledge of editing programs, such as Adobe Premiere or similar tools, desirable Creativity and joy in creating content Secure handling of Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-employed and reliable working methods
