Planning and coordination: You first set up plans for our employees and take into account availability, qualifications and customer requirements. Communication: You are the central point of contact for employees, customers and internal departments and provide a clear flow of information. Problem solution: You're flexible on short-term changes, such as illness reports or unforeseen requirements, and always find a suitable solution. Optimization: You use modern software to make deployment planning more efficient and continuously improve processes.

You have experience in disposition or in the medical field and are safe to use modern planning software. You are an organizational institution with a pronounced sense of structure and efficiency. You also keep an overview in stressful situations and make quick, thoughtful decisions. You enjoy communicating with people and bring a high level of service orientation.
