OT/IT Security Supervisor – SIEM & Industrial Security (a*)

You are responsible for the safe operation of selected IT and OT components, the underlying infrastructure continues to develop and significantly secure the requirements for attack detection systems. The connection of OT and selected IT systems to the SIEM landscape is built and continually improves them (including new source systems, parsing, correlation, dashboards, reporting) and continuously analyzes security-relevant events such as logs, alerts and network data. Use Cases and Playbooks for OT- and IT-Security-Incidents develop and advise you, perform Threat Modelling and Risk Analyses for Critical OT environments – in particular control and remote action technology as well as SCADA – and calibrate the alarm with regard to False Positives, Priority and Rule Tuning. In close cooperation with OT-responsive, network and control centers, as well as the ISMS organization, you support the implementation of technical security requirements and the management of security-relevant incidents in the OT and IT environment. Guidelines, operational documentation and safety concepts are formulated and supported in technical issues in audits, certifications and compliance with regulatory requirements such as KRITIS, SzA, IT Security Act and ISO 27001.

You will bring a completed high- or technical college degree with a technical, technical or scientific background or a comparable qualification. Over several years of experience in the field of IT security you have, ideally with special knowledge in systems for attack detection or in IT system administration. You can also present detectable project experience. Communications and design capabilities as well as a high degree of flexibility and strategic thinking are also distinguishing you. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, you are sure to use. A T2 security check is also required for this body.
