• Whenever it comes to network infrastructure or IT security, our customers can rely on you to ensure the smooth operation of their IT.
• For this, you analyze possible 2nd and 3rd level support cases, fix errors in the IT environment of our customers and design possible prevention measures.
• You work closely with our customers and colleagues from the Network Operations Center to make suggestions for further strengthening our customers' IT infrastructure.
• While you carry out self-responsive evaluations of customer requirements with regard to networking and impact on other cross-border systems, you can always build on an intensive exchange of experience with your expert team college.
• In addition, you manage any network infrastructure systems to ensure secure IT operation with our customers.
• Here you can take back your in-depth technical knowledge of our manufacturer solutions, such as HPE Aruba or Fortinet.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete training as a specialist:in for system integration, alternatively a study in computer science, business informatics, computer science or a related IT specialist
• Multiannual (+3 years) Professional experience as a network system engineer (w/m/d), ideally with know-how in the planning, implementation and documentation of network solutions
• Practical knowledge of how to deal with on-premises and cloud management solutions in the field of networking and Troubleshooting on Command Line Interfaces. We are also pleased to have experiences in handling process-oriented service systems.
• Very good German and English in word and writing
• Personally, we especially like your commitment and team spirit as well as structured, process-oriented approach and willingness to deal intensively with the challenges of our customers.
