As a sales assistant (m/w/d) in the internal service - Focus on Lead Qualification, you are proactively helping us to clarify the benefits of WECON network in a telephone initial consultation. Consultation of incoming inquiries - We receive numerous inquiries from interested parties who would like to receive first information on membership in the WECON network. You are the first voice to hear a potential new member of WECON network. Hand in hand to the appointment agreement - Your focus during the initial consultation is to passionately convey first benefits of membership, to identify the needs of the interested party, to establish a first, easy relationship level and to arrange an appointment for personal knowledge for our regional lines. We always keep what we promise - You can understand the content discussed in our CRM system and thus ensure a perfect transfer of the interested party to the regional management. High Member Satisfaction - Since the satisfaction of our stakeholders and members is very close to us, you will also conduct a follow-up talk with the interested party, after which the appointment with the regional manager took place and ask whether everything has been to the fullest satisfaction of the interested party. Fun on communication - We don't sell, but have fun to convince our customers of our services. You take responsibility - As a valuable hub between new stakeholders and our regional services, your task for our WECON network has a higher priority and makes you a leading pillar of our company.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally in the area of dialogue/telemarketing, or comparable qualifications and brings many years of experience in telephony with You are a sympathetic, cheerful and enthusiastic communicator and love to advise people by phone and to conduct storytelling Your high relationship orientation is your absolute superpower paired with your sympathetic persuasion talent Your knowledge of German in word and writing are very good You're a team player and enjoy community success Your independent and responsible operation ensures your smooth daily routine and leads to a perfect transfer process between you and the regional management You look beyond the edge of the plate and are constantly looking for ways to make our stakeholders and members a little more satisfied You live our motto: “You know yourself – you help yourself.”
