Your tasks Your tasks: Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Print area including personnel development and capacity planning Responsibility for a time, quality and cost-oriented production Daily coordination with production planning and adjacent areas for optimal control of orders Analysis of production characteristics and continuous improvement of processes, productivity and quality Organisation of pressure regulation and ensuring compliance with all quality standards Responsibility for maintenance, maintenance and preventive maintenance of printing machines and equipment Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental and business standards

Complete technical training, ideally in the printing/packaging industry, and preferably with further training to master, technician or comparable Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing company in the printing/packaging industry Embossed leadership and communication strength as well as a motivating guide style High self-initiative, organisational skills and entrepreneurial thinking and action Experience in the analysis and control of production indicators Knowledge of Lean Management, CVP and/or continuous process improvement desirable Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and common MS Office applications Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage You are a leading person with technical understanding and experience in the printing industry?
