REFA Process Consultant (m/f/d)

You perform time recordings according to REFA and perform them in a structured manner. You are redirecting premium wage data and envisage existing regulations in our premium system as well as adjacent applications. You check the automatic billing every day, recognize deviations early and fix errors autonomously. You are responsible for the reward for a logistical part You are the first contact point for users and supports them as part of the first level support around the premium system.

A (logistic) training or bachelor's degree and a training for the REFA process advisor Mind one year of professional experience in REFA time recording Safe handling of MS Office, very good Excel knowledge Good knowledge of MS SQL Server databases and SQL An MTM Base / UAS would be advantageous
