Strategic development: Responsibility for the development and consistent implementation of strategies and concepts for the further development of the Ahlen business location. Companies accompany and attract investees: You support existing companies and are actively looking for new companies as well as investees and gain them for our location. Team leadership and motivation: Leading and inspiring a dedicated team. You bring the team together, set clear goals and promote a creative and targeted way of working. Responsibility for personnel management: You deal with personnel issues, from recruitment to employee development. You promote a culture of continuous improvement and work closely with the team members. Network setup and representation: As a networkerin you are the link between economy, administration and politics and maintain close relationships with all stakeholders and see yourself as a face of our city. Impulse generatorin for business and administration: You are the initiator and catalyst for innovative projects and impulses that strengthen the economy in Ahlen in the long term. Management of operations: You are responsible for the entire operational management and management of the WFG, from strategic decision preparation, contract management, event organization to controlling and reporting. You will coordinate all projects with your team. City Marketing & Tourism Promotion: You develop and implement measures to promote city marketing and tourism and contribute to the positive perception of Ahlen. Communication and PR: You ensure effective communication of WFG activities in the inside and outside. These include press work, social media and the care of the external appearance.

Complete studies in the field of business, management or multiannual experience in a comparable leadership position. A competent, hand-on acting personality with a strategic view, capacity for implementation and broad economic policy understanding. Affinity for building and planning law Embossed skills in team leadership and motivation. Knowledge of the organisation and implementation of the event. High communication skills and experience in cooperation with different stakeholders (policy, administration, business).
