As Account Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic and operational construction/construction of our division within the staff service: You are the first contact person of our customers and responsible for the acquisition of strategic new customers as well as the development of existing customer relationships identifying and attracting new customers from the core areas where you feel at home Acquirted customer requests lead you to success through targeted recruiting activities You conduct independently price calculations and offer and contract negotiations A wide range of activities with customers from different industries and different technical topics are your responsibility You conduct interviews and introduce new employees for your development projects In the development perspective, you can set up your own team and finally climb to the team leader (m/w/d)

You have completed vocational training in the field of personnel services, as an alternative a completed study or specialist from comparable fields Experience in the field of employee transfer or in the recruitment of employees Ideally, you can demonstrate experiences and contacts in various industries You have a pronounced distribution Successful contract closures make your heart beat faster You are charismatic but not intrusive You are reliable, binding and value continuity You are quested and questioned in a sympathetic way Success-oriented attitude and entrepreneurial action are in your blood flowing knowledge of German in word and writing are required, as good documentation is trump Your company car wants to get on the road, so you need a valid driving permit class B
