Junior Lean Manager / OPEX Specialist (m/f/d)

You analyze our production processes in terms of efficiency and waste and initiate concrete optimization measures You implement identified improvement potentials together with the production team and anchor them sustainably in everyday work You drive end-to-end improvement projects autonomously – from idea to successful implementation You take on (partial) project responsibility in close cooperation with the Lean Manager Senior and ensure a structured, time and quality implementation You develop new optimization initiatives, evaluate savings potentials and support workshops, employee training and audits

You have a completed degree (e.g. engineering or economic engineering) or a comparable qualification and brings experience in project management, ideally in production or process optimization You work agile, show your own initiative and tax projects independently and structured You can safely move in cross-departmental cooperation and coordinate interfaces You ideally have knowledge of relevant GMP and quality standards and have a Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification You have knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
