In your role, you guide the housing group and actively shape the group process to create a beneficial environment for everyone. You work closely with youth offices, you are responsible for the pedagogical tasks and you are able to carry out administrative tasks It is your heart to support, accompany and promote young people in their development, while you implement the help plan for therapeutic goals
