For our customers in the field of facility management and logistics services, we are looking for a dedicated electrician/electronic building technology (m/w/d). As an alternative, we also look forward to applications from Schlossern (m/w/d) with technical understanding and experience in maintenance.

♪ Your future task:

• Self-fulfilment of maintenance, inspection and maintenance work on technical installations
• ensuring operational readiness and technical safety of buildings and installations
• Examinations according to legal and professional requirements
• Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults
• documentation and follow-up of maintenance and repair measures
• Coordination, instruction and quality control of external service providers
• preparation of technical protocols and documentation
• Participation in fault and standby services
• Implementation and compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations
• Support in the maintenance of fire alarm systems, building control technology, MSR technology as well as other building equipment
• Support for the introduction of new employees

Your profile for the location Elektriker / Elektroniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d):

• Graduated vocational training as an electrician, electronic engineer, electromechanical engineer according to VDE 0105 or plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d)
• Alternative multi-year professional experience in the field of industrial and building technology
• Good knowledge of building technology and technical maintenance
• Experience in trouble analysis and troubleshooting
• Secure handling of PC applications and digital systems
• Responsible, independent and quality-oriented operation
• Friendly and binding occurrence to customers and service providers
• Team skills, reliability and training
• Class B licence required
