Professional and disciplinary leadership of the associated operational teams organisation of smooth cooperation between all departments involved and Active cooperation in the operational field to ensure a stable daily business Monitoring of Equipment in Tasks Instruction and control of carriers Monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs in ongoing operation Conducting audits and identifying and implementing process improvements Ensuring compliance with internal safety, quality and HACCP standards Ensuring clear communication within the company, external partners and customers Ensuring a high standard of work and targeting and prioritization for the shifts Compilation of attendance and deployment plans and final leave for employees Control of the entire movement of goods within the warehouse from arrival to dispatch

Completed logistical or commercial training, e.g. specialist warehouse logistics, merchant/wife forwarding/logistics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in warehouse or contract logistics Knowledge of food handling (cooling chain, HACCP, hygiene) of advantage Experience in operational logistics processes, in particular delivery and bridge management Detegratable management experience of an operative team Safe handling of WMS systems and very good MS Office/Excel knowledge Very good German and good English skills High social competence, communication strength and enforcement capability Ability to make clear decisions in challenging situations Careful handling of data, documents and security-relevant information
