Responsibility & discretion Own responsibility for the implementation of ongoing orders Project-related budget responsibility (material, process, implementation) Independent decisions on tools and equipment up to the middle four-digit range Larger investment (machines, long-term purchases) in coordination with management

That's what you bring Must-have Completed training as a carpenter:in / carpenter:in Multiannual professional experience in interior design, trade fair construction or comparable projects Ability to think structured and take responsibility driving licence class B, handling of transporters desirable Willingness to first operate and control in the medium term Nice-to-have Master title or comparable leadership experience AEVO / Training certificate or willingness to acquire it Experience beyond wood (e.g. light, varnish, metal, composite materials) Advanced CAD experience beyond SketchUp
