Professional leadership & service responsibility for administrators as well as stable, secure operation of central business applications such as Confluence, Jira and SharePoint (CARUSshare) Ensuring smooth IT operation including incident, problem and second-level support, root analysis, change management and continuous system optimization Coordination and interface management between IT teams, departments and processes for the efficient implementation of requirements and coordination Strategic development of the application landscape: operating concepts, IT security and data protection measures, cyber security and the use of standardized development policies Consulting and implementing digital business processes – from modelling to technical implementation of workflow-based solutions Technical project management of complex digitalization and migration projects (including cloud migrations) with responsibility for planning, control, monitoring and reporting Business Application and Portfolio Management: Budget and Demand Planning, Economic Analysis (Make-or-Buy), Strategic Embedding in the UKD IT Roadmap

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, an IT affinity of science course or a comparable qualification Complete IT vocational training (e.g. state-tested computer scientistin, specialist informantin) or equivalent qualification Knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Microsoft SharePoint administration (installation, operation, configuration, upgrades, support) Good understanding of modern IT architectures and service-oriented applications Experience in implementing workflows, functions and web applications Practice in the digitization of business processes and the conception of collaboration and workflow solutions Experience in the design, technical advice and implementation of intranet and collaboration platforms Safe handling of project management, ticket and monitoring tools ITIL knowledge and practical experience in incident and change management Convinced on the whole line -
