Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

Together with the team, you will support the sales areas inland, export and aftersales/service. You take over the delivery creation and order processing, perform customer correspondence and ensure a high level of service. In the Aftersales/Service area, you control complaints and, together with the quality assurance, you are responsible for compliance with the complaint process. You coordinate technical and commercial acceptances, in particular with contracting authorities. You maintain and maintain customer portals reliably and independently. You control internal coordination with specialist departments, for example in technical clarifications, appointments or complaints. You are responsible for the complete supply and order processing for international customers – including shipping processing and coordination with forwarding. You create export documents in compliance with all applicable regulations and work closely with the export department. In close cooperation with the sales department, you analyse customer requirements and ensure smooth technical and commercial delivery and order processing including order monitoring.

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual experience in sales, in particular in supply and order processing in the international environment Good to very good English skills in word and writing knowledge of customs processing and export control Secure handling of MS Office and common ERP systems Embossed service orientation, communication strength and joy in handling customers
