As Senior Product Manager (m/w/d), you contribute to the comprehensive product strategy, roadmaps, development and implementation of product initiatives for the AnNoText product suite (on-premise solution) and promote growth and innovation. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, cross-functional cooperation, and a deep understanding of the product and market dynamics. You are responsible for controlling the entire product life cycle and ensure that the product delivers added value to the customers and is in line with the corporate objectives. You play a proactive role in product planning and product design to ensure that the product is clearly differentiated from competitors on the market. In this position you are involved throughout the entire product life cycle and work closely with other product managers, product marketing and development teams – from product idea to delivery.
Your duties
Implementation of product vision and strategy in line with corporate objectives
Analysis of market, competition and customer needs to identify opportunities
Development and maintenance of the product roadmap based on business objectives and market requirements
Active support of the product development process from conception to launch
Close cooperation with cross-functional teams for successful product implementation
Definition and Priority of Requirements and Features according to Business Impact and Customer Use
Regular exchange with customers and stakeholders as well as translation of local requirements into global needs
Presentation of product progress and strategy to relevant stakeholders
Ensuring a coordinated Go-to-Market strategy with sales, marketing and customer service
Active stakeholder management and contribution to product-related knowledge sharing
Complete university studies in business, computer science, law or a comparable subject or a comparable degree with relevant professional experience
6–7+ years of experience in product management in the software industry
Experience in working in an agile environment, e.g. by Agile or Scrum methods
Proven experience in the management of the entire product life cycle (end-to-end)
Confidence with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Productboard
Experience in handling product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Pendo)
Designed technical affinity and the ability to work effectively with development teams
Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and coordinate them with the business objectives
Ability to control several products or initiatives in parallel
Knowledge of software development processes and cloud-based platforms
Knowledge of the German legal and legal technology market is desirable
German and English language skills in word and writing
