Everyday helper (m/f/d)

For our outpatient care service HOMECARE the everyday helpers we are looking for dedicated Conceptors / everyday helpers (m/w/d) for the regions Werdau, Zwickau, Crimmitschau, Gera and the surrounding area.

The work focuses on individual support for elderly, ill and needy people in their home environment. The aim is to enable our customers to live as self-determined as possible in their own home and at the same time to relieve relatives in everyday life. The body includes in particular care and relief services according to § 36 and § 45b SGB XI.

Your tasks:

• Care and support of our customers in everyday life • Support for everyday activities and leisure activities • Accompanying walks, shopping, doctor's appointments and other activities • Support and discharge in the household, for example cleaning, laundry and shopping • Common cooking and preparation of meals • Making society and promoting social contacts • Individual employment according to the skills and interests of our customers • Support and relief of caregivers • Observation of changes in the care and care situation and dissemination of important information • Documentation of services provided • Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards • Participation in necessary team discussions and further training

The activity takes place mainly directly in the domestic environment of our customers in Werdau, Zwickau, Crimmitschau, Gera and the respective surrounding regions. The bets are planned according to the respective application area.
