You create and maintain master data as well as piece lists for production and assembly, thereby creating the basis for stable, smooth production processes. You define work processes, develop existing processes in a targeted manner and thus contribute directly to greater efficiency, transparency and planning security in production. Changes from the change management will be implemented in a structured manner so that technical adjustments will be transferred cleanly into the ongoing processes. You take over the capacity, resources and scheduling and ensure that production processes are controlled realistically, economically and on time. Work orders are prepared and released by you, while at the same time you set the required equipment and tools to ensure a reliable execution in production. In close coordination with design, purchasing and manufacturing, you will cooperate in continuous processes and strengthen the cooperation between the participating departments through your interface function. Your task will be rounded off by feedback and time analyses to provide valuable impulses for the continuous improvement of production and work preparation

You have completed a further education on the technician/master of machine technology, production technology or manufacturing technology, or you have successfully completed an engineering study, for example in mechanical engineering, production technology, manufacturing technology or industrial engineering. You bring experience in the work preparation of an industrial environment and know each other safely with piece lists, master data, production processes as well as appointment and resource planning. The handling of ERP systems is familiar to you so that you can control production orders, material flows and planning-relevant data in a structured and reliable manner. Ideally, you have a REFA training, as methodological knowledge in work preparation and process optimization creates a recognizable added value in the technical production environment. You think process-oriented, analyze relationships with technical understanding and actively drive improvements with an independent and responsible way of working. In cross-sectoral cooperation, you are also convinced by commitment, organisational strength and clear communication with the interfaces of construction, purchasing and manufacturing.
