Your tasks: You only take educational activities and experience in the psychiatric area. Nursing and household tasks do not belong to your tasks.

• Support in everyday life: You accompany people with mental disabilities, mental illnesses or addiction diseases in their own home and in their social space according to their individual needs
• Educational support: You support e.g. in the case of doctors and authorities, conduct relief talks and strengthen the self-help and participation potentials of clients
• Networking and cooperation: You work closely with other services, institutions and the social environment of clients
• Promoting self-determination: You support your clients to live as self-responsible as possible

What you should bring:

• Professional qualification: You have completed training as an educator, health caregiver, nursing caregiver, nursing caregiver, nursing caregiver, medical education or a comparable qualification (m/w/d)
• Experience: You have experience in working with people with mental illnesses
• Elasticity and Organization: You are motivating to tackle challenges and keep a cool head in stressful situations
• Variety in the team: You bring your individual strengths and complement a diverse, colourful team
• Driving licence: You have a class B licence
