IT Security Specialist (m/f/d)

You monitor our security incident systems, analyze Alerts (e.g. from our SIEM) and coordinate the response to Incidents to neutralize threats quickly and effectively. You regularly conduct vulnerability scans, evaluate identified risks and work closely with IT and development teams to coordinate the elimination of vulnerabilities. You support IT teams in configuration, maintenance and optimization of security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). You contribute to the creation and enforcement of IT security policies and ensure that we comply with relevant standards such as ISO 27001 or GDPR. You plan and carry out awareness-raising and training for employees to strengthen the company's security awareness.

A completed study of computer science, IT security or comparable training with corresponding professional experience Knowledge of common safety frameworks (e.g. NIST, BSI basic protection, ISO 27001) Practical experience with security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, EDR or vulnerability scanners Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP or CISM are desirable Analytical skills and systematic problem solving competence Flowing German and good English skills
