To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented personality for special property management. In this position, you maintain owners and tenants around the current administration of leased units. You coordinate commercial, organizational and contractual transactions, accompany housing transfers and withdrawals, process concerns and claims and agree to the necessary measures with tenants, owners, service providers and internal departments.

Your tasks: Support and advice of owners and tenants Processing of current contractual and organisational processes Coordination of housing transfers and withdrawals Processing of damage, defects and repair orders Examination of offers, invoices and billing documents Maintenance of relevant object, contract and master data Cooperation with Rental, Accounting, WEG Administration and Facility Management

Completed commercial training, ideally related to the real estate industry First experience in rental or special property management of advantage Independent, structured and reliable operation Embossed service and customer orientation Communication strength, organizational skills and team skills Safe handling of popular digital applications
