Team Leader Corporate Sustainability (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team and promote the professional and personal development of your employees You control the tasks, objectives and resources of your team, set clear priorities and report regularly on progress, results, risks and action needs You actively shape the further development of our sustainability and climate protection strategy, define relevant focus topics and translate strategic objectives into concrete roadmaps and implementation measures You are responsible for building, controlling and developing climate protection projects and project portfolios in the context of zero-emission transfer, consulting internal and external stakeholders and developing customer-oriented sustainability solutions together with relevant disciplines

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of sustainability management, environmental management, business management, economic engineering, engineering, logistics or a comparable discipline You bring several years of professional experience in sustainability and climate protection management, ideally in the context of logistics, transport or supply chain management You have profound knowledge in the areas of decarbonisation, sustainability management and project and portfolio management You are able to translate complex strategic issues into practical solutions You convince with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills and a high customer orientation You have very good German and good English skills
