Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of 15 employees Responsibility for achieving quality objectives and implementing quality strategy Responsibility for budget planning and compliance Planning and implementation of quality audits and support in supplier development and supplier management Implementation of complaint management and coordination and processing of complaints Responsibility for special tests and special releases as well as changes to components and quality processes

Complete study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Professional experience in quality management in the industrial production of asynchronous and servomotors know-how in the area of digitalization and automation of measurement systems and quality processes Extensive expertise on current quality methods and quality tools Good knowledge of the processing of complex quality problems in the field of the production of rotors and stators and the assembly of electric motors Experience in cooperation with different hierarchical levels and across divisions Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
