Personnel production: You control the entire recruiting process for positions in the commercial, commercial and engineering sectors – from job alert to hire. You advise and support our executives in finding the right professionals. Methods Case: You use modern recruiting methods to recruit professionals for our company, take Active Sourcing for your jobs and build candidate pools. Strategy development: You develop new strategies to optimize our recruiting processes to build and develop a target group-specific candidate journey. Networks: You represent our joint ventures at job fairs and career events and provide networks, for example to universities and other cooperation partners.

Education: You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on personnel, economic psychology or in a comparable course of study suitable for the task. Alternatively, you have completed training in the relevant field and bring professional experience in recruitment. Technical and professional know-how: You are interested in working with digital tools and social media platforms. “Active Sourcing”, “Employer Branding” and “Candidate Journey” are not foreign words for you. Competences: Your properties include communication skills and joy in dealing with people. You will also convince us with a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as know-how in the search for skilled workers.
