You are the first contact person for key users and users with questions about SAP CX You accept requirements, evaluate them together with the CRM Manager and control the implementation with internal and external partners You are responsible for system updates and release change in close cooperation with IT and our service providers You design and moderate training, workshops and training for optimal use of the CRM system You analyse existing processes, identify potential improvements and drive continuous system optimization

You have a relevant degree or have equivalent knowledge acquired in practice You have a well-founded experience in designing, roll-out and support for CRM systems You have very good knowledge of the SAP CX system landscape You are ready for occasional journeys within the framework of roll-outs, audits and training (up to 20%) You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
