Support for operational HR tasks (adjustment, support and exit of employees) Support in administrative activities such as creating certificates and work contracts, master data management in SAP, publication of HR information Participation in and independent acquisition of HR projects Close cooperation with the departments and employees' representatives Support in the introduction and optimization of modern and digital HR processes

Current studies in the field of BWL, economics, psychology or comparable Good MS Office knowledge (in particular Word and Excel) SAP knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High communication and team capability Embossed Analytical Skills High readiness and flexibility
