We continuously develop and need competent support. This is why we are currently looking for the following position Service Consultant (m/w/d) AWB • Cologne

You act as a link between our customers and the working groups of the workshop. As a competent contact person, you advise and advise our customers on all questions regarding vehicle maintenance. You will receive vehicles and equipment, and you will set up maintenance orders including possible order extensions. You'll get repair releases and take the schedule. You coordinate and monitor foreign assignments. You will inform the customers about finished vehicles and inform them personally.

You have a completed training as a KFZ mechatronic with further training to the motor vehicle engineer master or to the state-tested technician in the field of motor vehicle technology, or a comparable qualification. Worth seeing you in the area of special municipal vehicles. You are characterized by a reliable, structured and constructive way of working. You bring a pronounced service and customer orientation as well as communication strength. You are willing to make new things happen to you and continually develop yourself. You have good knowledge of MS Office products. You have the licence of Class B; a category CE licence is desirable, but not a requirement.
