We are now looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) to support our department “Procurement” at the Kassel site

You support our buyers as part of the procurement processes: Compilation of tender documents Management of guarantees Collection of information protection, information security and data protection agreements Archiving of contract documents

You take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining order confirmations. You'll be posing new magazine material and other master data in the SAP S/4 system. You support administrative tasks in purchasing, in particular: When creating reports for purchasing controlling In the maintenance and further development of the procurement planning of larger investment project

You will complete your studies in the field of Business (BWL, VWL, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration). You have ideally been able to collect first touch points with SAP. You are available about 20 hours a week for at least 1 1/2 years (if more after voting in the semester holidays). You have very good MS Office skills. You bring a basic understanding of commercial processes. Reliability, accurate work, team and communication skills are your strengths.
