Employees Service and Technology (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the local network components, servers and the application/change of permissions as well as the support in the workplace. Support for media technology and their advice on use. You advise the executives and employees in the planning and selection of PC hardware and software and ensure proper handling. You also manage the commercial and technical inventory of end devices and software including the maintenance of the relevant inventory system. You support R+V IT standards, privacy and data security policies and keep the audit principles. You use roll-based user administration to create and expand and apply for the necessary roles and rights. Last but not least, you can support overarching ZI projects in your own task (e.g. hardware rollout).

You have an IT-specific study, e.g. specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or vocational training and/or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. You bring professional experience in the IT environment, especially experience in handling server and network hardware, as well as configuration of networks. You have experience in onsite IT support, including error analysis, hardware and software support. You have very good knowledge with MS Office products, ideally with teams and MS 365. Good knowledge of R+V IT systems and processes (e.g. CLMS/IIQ). You are customer-oriented and have a strong solution competence and are a team player. You bring a structured working and organizational capacity.
